Executive Team

Steve Ndabambalire, Founder & Managing Partner

Mark is a Purdue Mechanical Engineer who withdrew from 27 years in the corporate world to pursue real estate full time. He has 11+ years of experience in real estate investing, and with his wife Janet Davies, they own single-family, multi-family, apartments, and assisted living properties, and he leads multiple investment groups pursuing multi-family apartment acquisitions. He has rehabbed and flipped and held numerous homes, and is managing sponsor/partner/ owner in the group's 241 residential units, a 239k sq. ft. commercial property, and LP in over 1,000 doors. He and his wife developed a Residential Assisted Living home, Mimi’s House LLC. He and Janet are active members of the Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati. Mark founded and runs both the Cincinnati (REIAGC) and Columbus (COREE) REIA Apartment Focus Groups.

Mark Hutton, Managing Partner

Steve Ndabambalire is a seasoned executive, investor and entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ extensive experience in management consulting, financial services, real estate, construction, auditing, and asset management on an international scale. Steve has 13+ years of experience in real estate investing, including rental units, rehab/flips and short-term rentals. Steve is a certified Ohio Professional Housing Provider (OPHP). He is a member of the Real Estate Investor Association of Greater Cincinnati (REAIGC) and the REIAGC Apartment Focus Group. Steve holds a Msc in Management from Kedge Business School..
